How is the Risk Score calculated?

All of our reporting contains a Human Risk Score, and this is calculated based on the following:
Calculated on % of Simulations clicked
Risk Score 5 - over 20%
Risk Score 4 - over 15% and under 20%
Risk Score 3 - over 10% and under 15%
Risk Score 2 - over 5% and under 9.999%
Risk Score 1 - Below 5%
