How to complete a course

  1. Navigate to your portal at portal.boxphish.com
  2. Click 'take Course Now' on the course you wish to complete.

  1. In the new window, click 'Star Course'.
  2. After you have completed your training video, scroll to the bottom of the page and click 'Take Quiz'.

  1. After completing your questions, see your score and scroll to the bottom of the page and click 'Course Complete'.

  1. You will now recieve a pass or failed result based on the number of questions answered correctly.

If you have failed your course, you may wish to retake this to watch the training video and/or take the test again. Please note this will not change the result of the course if taken again.
