Building a Simulation using On-Demand

This short guide will take you through how to create a sim using the 'Add Sim' function in On-Demand

Currently, a SIM has been created it cannot be removed by the admin. If you require a SIM deletion, please contact support@boxphish.com
  1. Navigate to On-Demand using the portal on the left Nav bar
  2. In Step 1 Select your Tenancy
  3. In Step 2 select Simulation
  4. Click the Add Sim button
  1. The sim creation window will now appear, shown below:
  1. First, you'll need to input the Campaign name for the simulation.
This is how the Simulation will read in On-Demand once saved. This is not editable once created.
  1. Input the Subject of the simulation email
  2. Input the Display name for the simulation email
  1. In the Email from Address box, click the dropdown and select a relevant domain for your simulation

  1. In the Email from Address box, click the dropdown, Select what URL you would like to display when hovering over the links within the email
Masking is currently only available for Microsoft Simulations

  1. Use the Sim Creation Tool to add your simulation body
