Course Retakes

Course Retakes are now available to be enabled.
This allows any user that has scored below the pass mark of 80% to then retake the course, capturing the latest score.
Example:
Once passed the course will move to complete and populate in reporting:
The user's pass score will overwrite their previous score below 80%. We do not currently capture number of retakes.
Once completed, a course cannot be retaken.
In order to have this enabled on your Tenancy, please contact your Account Manager or submit a request through the 'Contact' button in the top right of this page or email support@boxphish.com.
