Reports data not showing
Reporting data is pulled from our AWS server through an API call.
This means that this exchange of data can be stopped by your inbound firewalls.
If this is the case on your network, you may experience:
- Extended load times
- No data
- Permissions request messages
To solve this simply allow the following addresses through the firewall:
https://eu-west-2.quicksight.aws.amazon.com/embed/*
https://9v17u81y6c.execute-api.eu-west-2.amazonaws.com/prod/api/*
https://api.eu-west-2.quicksight.aws.amazon.com/*
Please note that these are wildcard exceptions, so the * is required.
