Tenancy Admins can request email changes for a user via the below steps.

Email fields are not updated by User Syncs, therefore need to be manually requested

Single User:

  1. Email our Support Team at support@boxphish.com
  2. Include:
    1. User's old email
    2. User's new email

Multiple Users:

  1. Email our Support Team at support@boxphish.com
  2. Include a CSV with columns: OldEmail | NewEmail
    1. We can then bulk upload these emails into the system
