This feature is currently available to Enterprise customers on a BETA sign-up programme.

This feature allows administrators to upload their own SCORM or xAPI-based training content as a course inside Boxphish using a ZIP file. Once uploaded, the course can be previewed, shared, and assigned in the same way as standard courses.

Before You Start

Ensure you have:

  • A ZIP file containing your course content
  • Course packaged in SCORM or xAPI format
  • An index.html file inside the ZIP

Step 1 - Start Creating a Course

  1. Navigate to Library.
  2. Click Add Course.

You will be presented with the Content Responsibility Agreement.

Step 2 - Accept Content Responsibility Agreement

Before you can create a course, you must accept the agreement.

  1. Click Accept to proceed.

Step 3 - Enter Course Details

  1. Enter a Course Name.
  2. Select the Language(s).
  3. (Optional) Toggle Share with Tenancy Family.
When Share with Tenancy Family is enabled, the course will be accessible to all descendants of the selected tenancies.

Step 4 - Upload Course Content (ZIP File)

  1. Click Browse or drag and drop your ZIP file into Course Content (ZIP File).
  2. Confirm the filename appears.

Step 5 - Create Course

  1. Click Create Course.
  2. Wait while the course is created.

You will see a Creating course… status message.

Step 6 - Edit Course Settings

Once created, you can manage:

  • Course name
  • Languages
  • Share with Tenancy Family
  • Course content replacement
  • Course media

Step 7 - Upload Course Media (Optional)

You can upload:

  • Course Image (PNG)
  • Course Animation (GIF)

If none is uploaded, default placeholders are used.

For best result: Use dimensions similar to shown for the image and keep the file size as small as you are able.
Card styling will cover the bottom half of the image until hovered over.

Step 8 - Preview Course

  1. Click Preview.
  2. Review how the course will appear to users.

Step 9 - Save Changes

Click Save to apply updates.

The course will now appear in Library → My Courses.

Replacing Course Content

If content already exists:

  1. Click Content uploaded – Click to replace.
  2. Upload a new ZIP file.
The new ZIP will replace the existing content.
This can be done any time after creation. Use this to replace the course content later with an updated version.
