Content packs

Content Packs allow you to group multiple courses into a single assignment. They are used to deliver structured training to users at scale, without needing to assign each course individually. Content Packs can be targeted using metadata such as Group, Location, Department, City, Country, Company, and State, ensuring the right users automatically receive the right training based on how they are configured in the platform.
