Content packs

What are they?

Content packs are course sends packaged into a single send used for introductions for a new user or for catching up someone who has missed any required training.

These packs are designed for new users to receive packaged course content when added to the system. Once added, the user will receive the specified content to their account. The courses will appear in their ‘Your courses’ page. An email invite is sent the user asking them to login and take a look. This email specifies how many courses there are and includes a link to the login page.

Getting started

To start using this, simply sign in as an admin and click ‘Content packs’ on the nav bar.

Either start creating your own with our simple drag and drop UI or assign a preset pack provided by Boxphish.

Once you’re happy with your pack selection, turn it on and click the drop down to select your pack.

Preview the active, custom or preset pack at any time to make sure your newly added users are being assigned the correct courses.

Manual sending to individual users are also available using the ‘Send to user’ button. For any retroactive assignment needed.

This feature is available for Microsoft and Google customers along with any feature of the product that is used to add users (including manual and automatic syncing).
This feature is not currently compatible with one-click courses.
