Barracuda Cloud Control has a feature called 'Impersonation Protection (Sentinel)' which will move potential threats from users' inboxes to their junk folders. Below is a short guide on how to allowlist Boxphish's domains to bypass this feature:

  • Log in to your Barracuda Cloud Control portal.
  • On the left panel, click 'Impersonation Protection (Sentinel)'.
  • In the top right, click on the settings cog icon.
  • Click 'Allowed Senders'.
  • Click 'Add allowed sender'.
  • Add our Boxphish domains being sure to click save after each domain is added.

To see a list of our sending domains, please log in to the Boxphish portal and follow the below instructions:

  • Click settings.
  • Click Deliverability.
  • Under Sending Information two lists will be presented, (Domain, and Mail From). Follow the information listed under the Domain section.
